What are the reception opening hours?
Reception is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. After this time, a phone number is available for nighttime emergencies.

Which languages are spoken at reception?
English – Italian – Spanish – Portuguese

Where is Torre del Nera located and how can it be reached?
Torre del Nera is located in Scheggino and can be reached by car via the SS 209 Valnerina road. The nearest train station is Spoleto, and the nearest airport is San Francesco d’Assisi Airport in Perugia. Public bus service is very limited, so we do not recommend this option.

Is there parking at the property?
There is reserved parking for guests in the lower part of the village.

Does Torre del Nera have Wi-Fi?
Guests can use the property’s Wi-Fi free of charge.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed only in apartments, not in rooms, and are subject to a supplement.

Is there a luggage storage service?
Yes, it is possible to leave luggage before check-in.


CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm. For late arrivals, guests must contact reception to arrange late check-in. Check-out is possible from 8:00 am to 10:30 am.

Is early check-in possible?
Yes, subject to availability and with a supplement.

Is late check-out possible?
Yes, subject to availability and with a supplement.


PROPERTY & SERVICES

Is there a shuttle service to/from Torre del Nera?
We offer a taxi booking service. Upon arrival, we provide a transfer service to the historic center, where the property is located; this area is not accessible by car as it is in a ZTL restricted traffic zone.

Is there a charging service for electric cars?
There is an electric car charging station in the square in Scheggino.

Can children stay at Torre del Nera?
Children are welcome, but access to the SPA is not permitted for guests under the age of 16.


ROOMS

Are cribs and children’s beds available?
Yes, they are subject to a supplement.

Do you have accessible rooms?
Yes, we have accessible rooms, but we do not recommend our hotel for guests with mobility issues, as the village develops vertically and cannot be accessed by car.


BREAKFAST

Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is always included in our rates.

What time is breakfast served?
From 8:00 am to 9:30 am, Monday to Friday; from 8:00 am to 10:30 am on Saturday and Sunday.

Where is breakfast served?
In the dining room of Ristorante del Cavaliere.

What type of breakfast is served?
A continental buffet, both sweet and savory.

Are options available for celiac, vegetarian, and vegan guests?
Yes, we manage intolerances with packaged products.


RESTAURANTS & BAR

Is there a restaurant at Torre del Nera?
Yes, Ristorante del Cavaliere is open for dinner every day except Tuesday.

Are options available for celiac, vegetarian, and vegan guests?
Yes, to be communicated in advance.

Is there a bar at Torre del Nera?
Yes, aperitifs can be ordered at the restaurant from 6:00 pm.


SPA & POOL

Is there a SPA at Torre del Nera?
Yes, it is reserved for adults over the age of 16. Access is organized in 2-and-a-half-hour time slots, with a maximum of 14 people per slot. We recommend booking SPA access a few days in advance.

What are the SPA opening hours?
MORNING 10:30 am – 1:00 pm, AFTERNOON 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm | 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Do you provide a SPA kit?
Yes, we provide a bathrobe, pool towel, and slippers. Guests must wear a swimsuit and swim cap.

Is there a pool at Torre del Nera?
The pool is part of the SPA path and cannot be booked or used separately.


ACTIVITIES, EXPERIENCES & EVENTS

Do you organize tours and excursions in the surrounding area?
Yes, we have several experiences that we book directly and many others to recommend to our guests.

Is it possible to organize weddings or private events?
Yes, it is possible to organize private events or weddings with a small number of guests (maximum 30 people).


PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

What are the cancellation terms?
It depends on the rate. Some bookings can be canceled up to 5 days before arrival, while others are non-refundable.

Is there a tourist tax?
Not currently.
