Bright natural atmospheres intertwine inside and outside the walls: a consciously successful mix of stone, wood, and terracotta creates a romantic setting in the 10 Deluxe rooms (including one Family room for 4 people and two Large rooms for 2), giving an even more intimate atmosphere to the two Comfort rooms. The rooms, approximately 30 square meters each, are all panoramic and unique, furnished with precious fabrics and antique chests that reflect the tradition of hospitality typical of the area, without compromising on modern comforts.
COMFORT ROOMS
Intimate rooms of about 18 square meters with well-designed environments, painted with natural colors and finely cared for in every detail with precious materials that recall the ancient noble splendor.
Bathrooms with showers and chromatic games and the lamps of fine and handcrafted workmanship welcome you with their charm to take you on an evocative journey of luminous atmospheres. One of these bedrooms also has a small balcony.
Spa services and entrance NOT included in the rate, unless specified. In one of these bedrooms the beds are divisible.

DELUXE ROOMS
The Deluxe rooms, measuring approximately 22 square meters, are the perfect choice for those traveling as a couple and looking for a unique experience in Umbrian history and tradition, in a context of contemporary luxury.
Rooms with well-designed environments, painted with natural colors and finely cared for in every detail with precious materials that recall the ancient noble splendor. The light that pervades the environment gives energy and pleasantness, bathrooms with showers and chromatic effects and the finely crafted and handcrafted lamps welcome you with their charm to take you on an evocative journey of luminous atmospheres. One of these bedrooms also has a balcony. Two of these rooms have a shower instead of a bidet.

DELUXE LARGE ROOMS
The Deluxe large rooms represent the best solution for a stay of total relaxation. The 25 m2 rooms are equipped with a small corner used as a sitting room, a double bed and a bright bathroom with shower and light effects created by chromotherapy.
Characterized by elegant details and refined and finely restored furniture, these large rooms enhance the typical Umbrian architectural elements in a contemporary way. Here elegance blends harmoniously with authenticity. One of these bedrooms has two balconies.
SPA services and entrance NOT included in the rate, unless specified. The double bed is not divisible in either room. Both bedrooms have a safe and in one of these there is a sofa bed that can accommodate a child up to 12 years old.

DELUXE FAMILY ROOM
The Family room is the ideal solution for families and can accommodate up to 4 people (maximum two adults and two children, not four adults).
About 35 square meters, the room consists of a double bed, a small mezzanine where two single beds are placed and a large bathroom with shower with chromotherapy system. Every detail is finely cared for and is characterized by antique wood finishes and precious floors. Here authenticity finds its expression in a dynamic and functional environment for a relaxing stay.
