STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICIES
Booking is considered valid only upon payment of a 30% confirmation deposit within 7 days from confirmation of hotel availability or the provision of valid credit card details
Having to cancel a holiday is unpleasant for everyone: this is why we would like to share our cancellation policies and relative penalties with you:
- within 8 days from arrival date: no penalty
- from 7 to 4 days from arrival date: 50% amount due for stay
- from 3 days from arrival date: 100% amount due for stay
- in the event of delayed arrival or early departure or no show, 100% of the amount due for the stay will be charged
In the event of government restrictions on movement due to covid 19, the paid deposit will automatically be turned into a voucher usable within one year.

Cancellations for types of room non-refundable: booking cannot be cancelled or modified. In the event of cancellation/ no show, the entire prepaid amount shall be withheld as a penalty.
During holidays and bank holidays (New Year’s, Easter, etc.) a minimum number of nights per stay will be required and the cancellation policy may vary (e.g. may be brought up to ten days prior to arrival date). Cancellation penalties may vary as a consequence. Notice of all changes will be given in advance in dedicated bank holiday and holiday packages upon booking.
No services included in the package sold will be refunded if not used. Payment for the package is requested upon arrival for the entire booked period.
Half board includes overnight stay, breakfast and dinner. There will be a 28.00 euro surcharge per person for dinner at “Sala dei Cavalieri”, the hotel restaurant. Dinner includes a glass of wine, two courses of your choice, a side dish and water.
